Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were spacious but let down by some maintenance issues and neglect from the staff. The service was very helpful and polite, although a bit distant at times. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions but not ideal for easy access to a local drink. The dining experience was positive with prompt service and delicious food. The facilities were generally good, with some improvements needed.
The hotel had a non-functioning heating system for the first two days of our stay, making the rooms like a sauna and a bit outdated. Despite the initial inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel for future guests.
The hotel was grand and lovely, but the rooms were uncomfortably hot, making sleep difficult regardless of opening windows. The staff were friendly and informative, but some were unhelpful and disinterested. The location had beautiful surroundings but was marred by rudeness from one staff member and unreliable Wi-Fi. Dining was enjoyable, especially the warm bread. Overall, not a great experience due to the room issues and service inconsistencies.
